cute kiddo's

here are pictures of the kids from mid october. I love how they can sit next to each other now. you can see the tree from Braeden's room and the hand print 'leaves' we made for it. I have a lot more to update but the computer is not cooperating again so we will need to figure that out. We had a wonderful fall and halloween season, have had some great weekends with Brad home, and much enjoyed our time in hot AZ! Braeden is sitting and rolling all over, starting to get really frustrated when he can't reach something he wants. Terrace is a strong willed three year old who pushes us to be better parents everyday. Some days we survive with success and other days we are challenged to our wits end!

Bellewood Acres

We have visited this apple orchard the last couple of years and this year went out with our play group. We were able to take the golf course out (3 adults and 5 kids all on one golf course) among the apple tree's, see where they made some goodies and cider. We had a yummy snack and then headed over to Lisa's house to play. It was a great day!!

Everett Children's Museum

Only if Bellingham had a great children's museum...but luckily this place is only a short drive away. We headed down here mid week with some friends and had a great time. We had 2, three year olds and 2, five month olds in our car and they all did awesome! I think we went at a perfect time bc I do not think I could carry B in the moby for very long anymore. Terrace had a great time playing and enjoyed the train table, veterinarian office, and plane. Can't wait to go back!

growing up...

just a few random pics of times ever changing at our house. We can now give the kids baths together and T especially enjoys this (she helps rinse the soap off). here are a few pics of Braeden at 5 months...he has changed and CHUNKED UP so much since these pictures were taken

4 yr anniversary

I planned our anniversary weekend this year - Whale Watching. Brad and I had never been and it was a gorgeous day!!! We had blue skies all day but it was still chilly on the boat. We were out most of the day and we were able to see over 70 whales. It was a great day to spend as just the two of us and amazing to be able to see these beautiful animals so closely. My parents watched the kids over night so we also enjoyed an evening out. yes, my parents were tired!

Cheerleader...

Terrace started a week of cheer camp the same week preschool started and LOVED IT! She practiced for 90 min, three afternoons in a row and performed at a h.s. football game on Friday. I was amazed that she was able to stay focused for practice and by the end of the week actually had an idea of what she was supposed to do. Our neighbor is a cheerleader and wanted T to participate - she was the youngest one but did very well! She was very excited to preform. did well and can't wait for the basketball cheer camp early next year (I think). My parents and Dottie were able to make it up to watch so that was also wonderful!

Preschool

Terrace is attending preschool and LOVING it. We are all enjoying this time watching her grow (her imagination is ever expanding!) and become more independent while I am able to get some errands done and take some down time while she is there two mornings a week. I usually come home for Braeden to take a nap. Brad will have the same days off as her pk next year so I hoping to volunteer in her classroom. So far, her favorite friends are Jacob and Kellan and usually her favorite part of the day is outside, snack, or painting. Here is a picture from her first day.
