Brad, TJ and I went down south for a whirlwind day trip to do a little shopping (baby boy clothes), see grandma mac and get lunch, spend time at my cousin Koreen's house with family, and then to drop off most of TJ's old clothes to our friends. Terrace did so great for such a busy long day - we did bring a dvd player for the car and we have NEVER had such a quiet drive before....those things really come in handy sometimes! We hit a bad snow storm when heading home but luckily it turned to rain about 30 min into our drive.
My only pictures from the day are TJ and cousin Tyler playing together outside. They had a great time together and Tyler was soooo good about sharing his toys. It was very cute to watch :) The kids got some great gifts from Aunt May and my parents...THANKS!

Very proud of our kitchen....
The kitchen turned out so well. I am so happy that we were able to used recycled products for everything except the paint and hooks. Terrace is really enjoying all the play food and accessories and now says "come and play mom, you be the cooker or baker." We also play grocery store (great idea of jami's) and make food to feed her babies.

quick update
I had my 6 month check up and everything is looking great. I am measuring right where I should, even a little small so that is good. I was thinking I would already be measuring big but maybe this man will be on the average size....I know, long way to go still. So we are still moving forward with trying to avoid a c-section. This little man is such a mover and kicker and Brad is able to feel the movement as well which is fun! It is crazy that I am almost to my 3rd trimester already, this pregnancy has gone pretty fast.
We have a busy couple months ahead as well; TJ and I are flying out next week to CO to see Julie and the kids next week. Then Katie and Saga come home for the month of Feb. Brad and TJ are starting a gym class on Monday and we are hoping to get her into a swimming class next month (if my suit still fits) Baby boy will be here before we know it.

Christmas Day
We had a great Christmas Day!!! Terrace was excited to see Santa had taken bites of her cookies and drank her apple juice. We woke up dad and then opened stockings. She had a great time this year opening gifts saying soooo cute and yeah to everything. She wanted to help open ALL the gifts and even though she was very thankful, she wanted more more more. Then, it was time to enjoy our white christmas. After nap we set out her kitchen we made for her which she LOVES! It makes us really happy that we made it and she is soooo cute playing with it. My parents came up around this time as well and we were able to enjoy more snow outside with them and AMAZING prime rib dinner!!! It was such great family time. I will post pictures of the kitchen and some others soon as they are on our new camera that I have yet to upload.

Time out in the snow

We did not have a sled so Brad and my dad tried to push TJ on a snowboard down our yard, she liked it and then my dad tried it and rolled off sinking in the snow...pretty funny! tj loves Brad's snowboarding goggles....hahaha
