I was able to meet two wonderful families today! Brad and I want to start our front yard fresh so I posted "free plants" on craigslist and almost everything was gone within a few hours. The two families were here at the same time and pulled quite a few weeds for us as well. This is such a great start for Brad and I and we are so excited to start over! Now, we just need to come up with a plan we both like! So, if you have plants you want to go to a good home, post them on craigslist!

dancing...
So, as you may hear in the other videos as well, I did have music on in the background to get some energy out. I really wanted to be outside walking but it was raining to hard so TJ and I danced inside. This was the best video I got of her. As you will see, when I now say dance, she does her little shimmy shake :)

YEAH!!!
Terrace is finally crawling!!! She started crawling last evening for Brad and I and then she was able to show off for Crystal and baby Jayden! Maybe she will be less cranky now. I hope to get a video of her and put it up soon. We also have craft party today so I may have pictures from this as well. Have a wonderful weekend!

spring evenings
These pictures were from a beautiful evening last week sometime. We played outside before dinner while dad went on a bike ride. I had taken some video of her moving around but it did not turn out well. She had fun with Brad's helmet, grabbing and trying to eat grass, and playing with bubbles.
Some updates: Brad's turnaround is now done and we are currently enjoying a lazy morning together and Brad is giving TJ a bath! We have been busy lately in the evenings bc it has been so nice out and we have been spending so much time outside. We have had dinner out at the beach with friends the other night, walked around Hovander Park and looked at the loud animals (TJ loved!), and had dinner with friends last night.
Terrace is also working through separation anxiety while at home and we (meaning mostly me) have heard a lot more crying over the last week or so. As she is moving around a lot more as well it is a lot harder to get things done. She really enjoys her time with Brad as he is always silly with her. She is signing for "more" now and usually waves hi to those who talk to her. We are working on blowing kisses and high fives!
I put her in her walker looking outside so I could get dinner done.....temporary fix!

good thoughts for the day....
As I am watching Oprah today I am compelled to write. Please pray and focus on the 32 victims, families, and all touched by this horrific incident. The media wants to focus on the killer, but this is a waste of time. I am as well so sad that someone was at such a low point at his life as he would do something so awful. Again, there are so many that need our thoughts and prayers right now. ok, thanks for reading, now time to turn off the news and enjoy the sun!

few updates...
I felt like updating even though I don't have pictures just yet. We had a wonderful time with Maria up visiting last Thurs and Fri. Brad was great and took care of TJ both nights so we could read magazines at Barnes and Noble one night and see a movie the next night. I had a wedding shower to go to Sat am and a surprise party planned that evening for my parents. Both were great and the party was a true surprise to my parents especially the visit from Uncle Paul and Aunt Mona up from UT. Thanks to everyone for keeping this a secret! We also had a great evening at Ray and Kelly's with everyone playing Cranium! The boys beat us AGAIN! Terrace stayed at my parents house and got a lot of time Sunday morning with Aunt Mona and Uncle Paul. Another great realization of the weekend....the driving did not make my back any worse :)
Happy Birthday Mom and Dad!
tooth, no tooth, tooth, no tooth
Terrace and I did the happy tooth dance yesterday morning as I felt and saw a corner of her 1st tooth (bottom left) that had popped through! By the time we went to library time it was gone and could not be felt the rest of the day. Then, today at library time (we went twice this week and had so much fun!) I could feel it a little bit but it was gone shortly thereafter. So.....should be soon.
Crawling, sitting, scooting, sliding, sitting, reaching, rolling
This is how TJ gets what she wants. She is doing so well at getting around without officially knowing how to crawl. She now understands and occasionally will move her hands forwards but then flings forward instead of moving her legs. I got some of this action on video and will put it up soon.
Waving hi and bye :)
TJ is doing sooooo great at waving hi and bye to our friends, family, and strangers! It is so great to see her waving put such a smile on everyone's face, I hope to get video of this soon! TJ now weighs 18lbs 6oz....she's a growing girl!
Other VERY exciting news: Jaiden Lee O'Neill arrived today at 6:00 am....she is just the cutest little thing and was so awake while I visited today, mom and dad are doing great! Congrats to our good friends Crystal and Brodie!

Happy Easter weekend!
What a wonderful Easter weekend we had. Brad is in another shut down working days this time so we get to see him every evening which has given my back a good rest. By the way, my back is doing so much better!!! Our weekend started with a great visit from Lisa and a new tigger toy...video to come soon. Sunday we met Tricia and the girls at Christ the King service which was wonderful and we are planning to attend on a regular basis! That evening we had a wonderful dinner with Micah and Crystal over as our guests! Then, TJ got to see what the Easter bunny brought her.....the little lamb chair is my favorite! Hope everyone has a wondful Easter spent with great company!
I was very behind in posting so see below...

sun and cheerios
Yeah, she loves cheerios....she actually loves anything we give her, it started with pineapple from grandpa and now she is eating little bites of what we are having :)
The pictures at the beach don't show this, but she was most interested in the seaguls....she was screaming for them, but they showed no interest!

busy, busy weekend...
These pictures are from grandma's birthday weekend, the weekend before Easter. We had a busy weekend starting with time grandma mc's visit and birthday dinner. TJ loves her Easter bag she is showing off! Then, we had TJ's first Easter egg hunt at the BP rec area and though it was a little cold, we all had a blast! Terrace was alot more into chewing on grass then playing with the eggs but she did smile at the easter bunny!
When arrived home to my parents being here! They came up for an early Easter visit and brought my favorite crock pot roast dinner! They also brought TJ an Easter basket and she really loved playing with everything!
We finally found toddler swings and TJ is trying to crawl....

showing off the ear mold my mom is making for both of us to connect to the IPOD ear phones for a better sound!

8 months old
First of all, sorry these are so big and blurry....to lazy to adjust them. These are some pictures we took over the weekend with her easter dress....she was a trooper as the photographer was not very quick or used to infants. I can not believe (as I say every month) it was 8 months ago already that I was in labor with her. It really feels like only a couple months ago. She does act like all other 8 month olds in that she wants to touch, eat, or reach for anything and everything. Brad and I take every chance we get to cuddle with her bc these moments are becoming less common. She is talking so much, pushes herself backwards all over the floor, is up on her hands and knees a lot...wanting to crawl, eating cheerios, interacts so much with anyone who will give her attention, and tries to copy us. She is still such an easy going, flexible little girl though she will let you know when she is mad....mostly when we take away something she wants!
We had a wonderful weekend and I have a lot to post......once I upload them, I will get them up. Hope it is very sunny where you are!
