In the last couple weeks Terrace is turning more and more into a little person. She is sill and "easy" baby. I really think she heard me when I was an infant teacher going on and on about certain characteristics that I did not want her to have. She is getting so tall and growing stronger and more sturdy every day. Tummy time is great now that she can hold her head up better and look around. She is also holding onto toys and loves the silver engraved rattle from Aunt Diane. Her favorite place to be besides with Brad and I is in her baby chair; she will then conversate and smile so much.
Brad and I are both looking forward to his shut down being over. We are so excited for 2 upcoming trips: in November TJ will be staying with Grandma Dottie at our house while Brad and I head up to Whistler with some friends and in December we will all be in California with Brad's side of the family celebrating their birthdays and Christmas.

first halloween

We had a great halloween. Terrace originally had a "daddy's little pumpkin" shirt and hat but then a friend let us borrow their sweet pea costume so she wore that. It was to hard to hold her and hand out candy so she slept most of the time or hung out with Crystal. We had a lot of children come bye. Brad was working and was bummed to miss out but we will enjoy it more next year with him there. He only has about 1 week left of this over 60 day "shut down."

Stoneyridge Farm

I really enjoy this farm and have been going for a couple years now, so it is sooo exciting to be able to take Terrace with us. We had a great time even though she was very tired. I can't believe she is now 3 months old. I was ok with her turning 2 months old, but 3 months seems so big. Brad is really enjoying her standing lately, he just can't get enough of it. She continues to talk and giggle more and more :)

staying busy
Our family has had a couple really busy weeks lately. Brad is still working alot and Terrace and I are staying busy meeting up with friends for walks, going to MOM's club events, and meeting new people. We left Brad working and drove to ID to visit Jill a 2 weeks ago and then flew with my mom down to UT to visit some family. Terrace did wonderful on both trips in the car and on the plane. She was excited to see Brad when we got back and very tired from both of the weekends. I think both of us look forward to taking it easy for awhile. Here are some of the highlights: supporting U of I with Jill, tummy time with grandpa and looking at pictures, our little fish Terrace, and spending time with cousins. Terrace is almost 3 months old and loves to stand up, chew on her fingers, "giggle" in her bouncy chair and swing, and look at books with mom.

PHOTO TIME

I take Terrace every month to get her picture taken. My goal of this is to have atleast one good picture every month, though she smiles and is more interactive when not in the studio. She has yet to really "enjoy" this time together, though someday I am sure she will. Here she is supporting WWU and also in her halloween costume.

Mr. and Mrs. GMO wedding

We had a wonderful busy weekend enjoying every minute of Nick and Amanda's big day. This was also the first time that Terrace spent the night with Grandma and Grandpa so Brad and I could have the night off. The wedding was so much fun and we had a blast!!! Terrace got lots of love from many people and was so great while we were constantly on the go.
