yeah, this is a little late. Terrace is learning so much everyday it is hard to think back to what she was doing then. She is not as interested in toys as she just wants to pull up on everything. She is starting to cruise around the furniture and use the walker. She has found the toilets and love the tv reciever. She is signing really well and has adjusted to her two teeth!
We had a nice 4th of July. Brad worked so we went over the Crystal and Brodies and TJ ended up staying up until 11 watching the fire works. She was interested for the first 20 min or so and then wanted to crawl around. I tried to cover her ears and she was getting so mad at me.
We have been enjoying the nice weather with time in her pool. She also likes the sprinkler more now even though the water is sooo cold.
4th of July is her cute dress, very comfortable standing on her own

trying to stay cool, notice the "crazy" hair as she had 2 ponytails in earlier that day

My parents came up for the weekend to help with Terrace. We went to birch bay one of the days and tried to have tj play in the dirt but she did not like it. Shanna, Sam and her mom Barb also came up for the weekend and stopped by the house. Terrace and I then met them for breakfast on Monday morning. It was great to see them and thanks so much for the cute clothes and ball toy!

Check out the baby section of Amazon.com to see an add with Terrace eating a cupcake! It is to cute. You can also try this link and just refresh the page a couple times if you don't see her right away. Enjoy!

I have got asked alot questions about the photo shoot. My friend Erika works in the photo imaging depatment at Amazon and knew that I would be interested in having Terrace in a photo shoot when needed. There were a total of 4 babies that came in that day and they have taken more since then. I told her that I know a lot of other cute babies, toddlers, and preschoolers when she is need. I will include some of the photo's soon from the shoot for your viewing pleasure :)

VERY busy week...
Starting on June 20th up until a few days ago Terrace and I were very busy and it has been very nice to lay low the last 4 days. It started off with a photo shoot at Amazon in Seattle. We spent the day driving down, spending 4 hrs taking pictures and playing with other babies and driving home. The photo shoot was so much more fun than I could have imagined. Not only did Terrace do wonderful, she was having a great time. The photo shoot was a first birthday theme so Terrace wore a birthday hat, ate two different cupcakes (her favorite part, mostly frosting), and played with ribbon and party blowers.
Then again on Friday we headed down south spending Friday night with Terrace's godparents and great friends of our Amanda and Nick (though Nick and the boys were in leavenworth). Terrace did great and we spent the next morning running errands for the upcoming wedding shower for Kelly. We then went down to Spanaway to see Jenni and Mike's new house, a good friend since high school....Terrace had a great time crawling in the grass. That night we headed to my parents house where she stayed the night and had a great time on Sunday showing off for my parents. I spent Saturday night with Maria and Adam's at their new house and spent Sundayat Kelly's wedding shower which was soooo much fun.
We had a great visit from good friend Jill Tuesday morning and we went out to breakfast, then to library time, and then to Cornwall Park where they have a fun sprinkler system set up. Terrace was not so sure about the cold water and prefered to crawl in the grass and try to go and meet new people. She was able to show what a "piggy" she is lately as well. Then, to end our busy week we headed down south on Wednesday, one more time to meet Jill at the Mariner's game. Terrace stayed with Maria while I had a great time at the game. We had a fun dinner at Maria's with Erika and Marc and then hit the road late Wed evening. Terrace was such a trooper in the car and besides sleeping in the pack and play she much enjoys exploring new environments.
I did re-injure my back Wed. morning but have been improving everyday. Thursday and Friday were pretty bad but Brad was not working so that worked out great. He did get worn out with how busy TJ is now. My parents came up this weekend to help us out and enjoyed more time with Terrace. My dad was such a help around the house with hanging some hooks, adjusting the crib, fixing out fence, setting up a sprinkler timer, and fixing some baby locks.....all projects we could have done but have been putting off (plus he can do it so quick). We also got a visit from Shanna, her daughter Sam and mom Barb on Sunday. Terrace wanted to play with Sam and 2 year old Sam did not want TJ to touch her or the toys she had......it was to cute. I think the last couple days of taking it easy have helped in my recovery and I need to continue laying low for awhile.
Brad and I have quickly filled our summer up with plans. We our camping in Winthrop in a few weeks. Then he has time off in early Aug for TJ's bday, Ray and Kelly's wedding, and then we will be heading to ID for a few days to visit with Jill and her family on the farm. Then, in late August we will be going to Vegas with friends and my parents will be coming up to watch TJ at the house......we are very excited for this trip! Then a few days after we get back TJ and I will be heading to CO to visit Julie and Lance!

First Father's Day :)
We had a nice Father's Day. Brad worked nights that weekend so we spent a little time together on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday we had a nice lunch with Brodie, Crystal, and baby Jayden and then went to see the sand castles on the beach.
Sunday, Dottie came up and surprised Brad and we enjoyed a nice brunch at Bob's - again with Crystal, Brodie and Jayden. Terrace had a very cute onsie on that says I love daddy and then on the back it says....and he loves me too.
